Athletics complex update for July 1, 2008

While it may not look like much has changed since last week, much of this week’s progress took place below the soil.

Drainage pipes and  soil shaping that will eventually help the track drain were constructed, as was the posts for the fencing which will surround the field and the track.

In addition to the work on the main portion of the field, grading work has also taken place in the throwing area as well as a new layer of protection on the driving area and the parking lot surrounding SVHS and the athletics area.
